This was a simple variation of cooking, all loved it.

Ingredients:
- 1 Egg Plant ( Brinjal )
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- Salt
- Mustard Oil
Cooking procedure:
Cut the Egg Plant
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the Egg Plant.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with Roti
