Its really simple and easy to prepare but I thought of uploading it as it is the most famous dish in Bengal .

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
- 3 Hilsa Fish
- 1 Dried Red Chilly
- Mustard Oil
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Green Chilly
Cooking procedure:
Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with hot Rice.
