Ingredients:
- 6 Hilsa Fish Pieces
- Coconut
- 1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 1 Green Chilly
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Mustard Oil
Cooking procedure:
Put the black and yellow mustard seeds ,coconut and green chilly into the the container of a clean coffee grinder . Grind.
Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry
Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
Keep the marinated fish, mustard oil and above paste in tiffin box and place it in a pressure cooker for half an hour.
