This is a beautiful dish . Its easy to prepare .

Serving Size: 3

Cooking Time: 40 mins

 

 

Ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower
  2. Potato
  3. Tomato
  4. Green Peas
  5. Onion
  6. Coriander Leaf
  7. Turmeric Powder
  8. Cumin Powder
  9. Coriander Powder
  10. Red Chilly Powder
  11. Cumin Seeds
  12. Salt
  13. Sugar
  14. Ginger Garlic Paste

Cooking procedure:

Cut the cauliflower, tomato, potato and onion into small pieces.

Light fry the potato and cauliflower

Put jeera to crackle in oil then add the onion and fry until it browns. Then add the ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and sugar to taste

Add the small pieces tomato and stir well.

Now add the fried potato , cauliflower and green peas . Mix well with water.  Add the coriander leaf .

Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve with Roti .
