- 500 gm Cabbage
- 100 gm Prawn
- Cumin Seeds
- Bay Leaf
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- A pinch of Garam Masala
- Salt
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Sugar
- 1 Potato
Cooking procedure:
Wash the prawn
Fry the Potato and Prawn.
Wash the Cabbage and pat it dry .
Heat up a kadai , add dry red chilly temper it with cumin seeds , bay leaf.
Then add cabbage with Potato .Cover, lower the heat and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes or until the Cabbage is tender.Add the spice mixture and the prawn. Lastly add the garam masala and ghee
Serving Suggestions:
It goes well with rice .While we had it with Chappati for dinners .
