Chicken Ghugni, Aloo Motor with Chicken

It is  one of the most popular dish in the eastern part of India like Bengal

Serving Size: 2


Cooking Time: 45mins


Ingredients:

  1. Motor
  2. Chicken
  3. Onion
  4. Tomato
  5. Green Chilly
  6. Salt
  7. Sugar
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. Turmeric Powder
  10. Cumin Powder
  11. Coriander Powder
  12. Turmeric Powder
Cooking procedure:

Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.

Soak the motor overnight.

Boil the motor and potato

Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces.

Put oil in kadai then add the chicken and fry well.

Then add the onion and fry until it browns.Then add all the spices and stir well . Add the tomatoes and boiled motor and potato Cook on a medium flame. Add water as required. Cover the pan till it is cooked.

Serving Suggestions:

Now serve it with paratha. Garnish it with onion and coriander leaf
