Piyaj Koli Aloo Fry, Scallion/Green Onion Potato Fry

Green onions and potatoes are really tasty and healthy in  Bengali vegetable preparation

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  1. Green Onion
  2. 1 Potato
  3. Black Jeera
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar
  6. Turmeric Powder

Cut the green onion and potato into small pieces.

Put black jeera to crackle in oil.  Add the green onion and potato and fry it . Then add turmeric powder, salt and sugar to taste. Cover and cook till it is tender and ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions:


Serve with Chapati or Roti
