I am not much crazy about them in gravies. Fried fish with dal and rice was a great meal at our home.

Cooking Time: 30 mins.
Ingredients:
- Promfret Fish
- Turmeric Powder
- salt
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Fish Masala
- Garam Masala
- Lemon
- Little bit of water
Cooking procedure:
Mix all the spices in water and make it a paste. Spread the paste evenly on the fish. Marinate with all the spices for about 2 hrs.
Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish. Serve hot
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it as Appetizers with lemon, onion rings and tomato slices.
