Maacher Muro Diye Dal

My recipe is a little lighter but it is still an enjoyable dish.

 

Serving Size: 2
Cooking Time: 40 mins

Ingredients:

  1. Mug Dal
  2. Rohu Head
  3. White & Black Jeera
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar
  6. Green Chilly
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Cumin Powder
  9. Coriander Powder
  10. Garam Masala
  11. Tomato
  12. Ghee
  13. Bay Leaf
Cooking procedure:
Boil the mug dal with salt,sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.Set aside.

Put bay leaves and white &  black jeera to crackle in oil. Then add fish head until dark brown.

Add all the spices , tomato and boiled dal with garam masala and ghee . If necessary add water with little sugar .

Serving Suggestions:

Now preparation is ready to serve with hot rice .
