A fantastic combination of eggs, tortilla and vegetables for your snacks

 

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:
  1. 2 Tortilla wrap
  2. 2 Eggs Beaten
  3. Green Chilly
  4. Salt
  5. Onion
  6. Cucumber
  7. Carrot


Cooking procedure:


Put the beaten eggs and green chilly .

Warm the tortilla

Heat oil in pan and put the beaten eggs and let it settle. Without letting it cook completely place the tortilla on top of it. Let it cook on low heat.

Let the tortilla become a little crisp.

Add salt, onion,cucumber and carrot

Spread some ketchup on top
