This was a simple variation of cooking, all loved it.

Serving Size: 2

Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
  1. Eggplant
  2. Kalo Jeera
  3. Besan
  4. Salt

Cooking procedure:

Take the good pieces of  Eggplant

Cut lengthwise

Make a paste of besan with salt, jeera and little bit of water . Pour the eggplant into it
