Cooking procedure:
Skin of the Jackfruit is removed and cut into small pieces.
Chop onion,tomato and green chilly
Heat oil in a pan then add bayleaf and dried red chilly to crackle in oil .Saute onion and tomato with ginger garlic paste , cumin and corriander powder and salt .
Add boiled Jackfruit and potato. Put ghee, garam masala and a pinch of sugar.Cook for 5 mins

Preparation is ready to serve with hot rice .
