Ingredients:
- 500 gm Chicken
- Dried Red Chilly
- Curd
- 2 Onion
- Salt
- Sugar
- Green Chilly
- Bayleaf
- Darchini or Dalchini
- Clove
- Cardamon
- Black Pepper
- Ghee
Cooking Procedure:
Make a paste of onion and green chilly in mixi and also mix the curd separately.
Now marinate the chicken with both the above mixture for about 1 hr.
Take the whole pieces of garam masala.
Heat oil in pan and put the garam masala to crackle in oil.
Add the chicken along with the mixture. Stir well.Dont fry too much. Cover, lower the heat and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes . Put salt and sugar according to your taste. If necessary add little water. When its ready put 1 tbp ghee and stir well. Don’t put ginger, garlic and haldi.
Serving Suggestions:
It goes well with biriyani or pulao
