Chilly Paneer is a spicy dish.

Serving Size :2

Cooking Time :30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 250 gm Paneer
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 Tomato
  4. 1 Capsicum
  5. 1 Cup Corn Flour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  8. 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  9. Sugar
  10. Garlic Paste
  11. 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  12. 1 Egg
  13. Green Chilly
  14. Chilli Powder

Cooking Procedure:

Heat oil in pan then make small cubes of panner and light fry it. Keep aside.

Put rest of the oil in kadai then add garlic paste. Put finely chopped onion, tomato and capsicum and fry it until it browns.

Mix together  salt, egg, corn flour and water. Add in it . Stir well .  Add the green chillies, salt, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and the fried paneer cubes. Cover, lower the heat and simmer gently for 5-8 minutes

Serving Suggestions:

Serve hot with hot naan or rooti
