Luchi is a traditional bengali recipe which is favourite to me.

Ingredients:
- 250 gm Maida
- Hot Water
- White Oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Procedure:
Mix oil, salt, water with flour to prepare dough.
Make small round balls
Roll out rounds balls
Heat oil in pan and deep fry till they turn golden brown
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot with aloo dam
