This fish curry really tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients:
- Salmon Fish
- Onion
- Tomato
- Fish Masala
- Salt
- Sugar
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Turmeric Powder
- Green Chilly
Cooking Procedure:
Take the good pieces of fish and clean it with water pat it dry Marinate with salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish. Keep aside the fish pieces.
Put rest of the oil in the kadai then add onion and fry it until it browns. Then add all the spices with tomato and green chilly . After the oil comes out from the masala add fish pieces into it for boiling and let it simmer for few minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with Rice.
