Ingredients:
- 200 gm Okra, Bhindi
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- Juice of 1 lime
Cooking Procedure:
Cut okra into lengthwise.
Marinate with the above ingredients for 15-20 mins. Fry the okra a little at a time, until crisp.
