Ingredients:
- 1 Small Size Brinjal
- Salt to taste
- 1 Onion
- 2/3 Green Chilly
- Coriander Leaves
- Mustard Oil
Cooking Procedure:
Take a good piece of Brinjal. Make hole with knife .
Cut onion, green chilly and coriander leaves into small pieces
Heat brinjal directly in gas.
After heating properly take it out.
Peel off the outer layer of brinjal . Mix well.
Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve with rooti.
