Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Rice Flour
- 1 Cup Flour
- Milk
- Sugar to taste
- 50 gm Jaggery (Gur )
- Cashew
- 2 tbsp Milk Made
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- White Oil
Cooking Procedure:
In a kadai pour ghee then gur, sugar and milk made. Stir well. Remove from heat. Let it cool.
Mix rice flour, flour, and milk into a smooth batter. Grease the pan with white oil. Drop 2 tbsp. of the batter into the greased pan and move it in a circular motion so that the batter takes a round shape. Allow the batter to set. Put 1 tbsp. of filling on one side of it and roll over to the other end.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot or cold.
