Pineapple Chutney, Anaraser Chutney

Cooking Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Pineapple
  2. 25 gm Raisins
  3. 1 tbsp Saunf
  4. 3/4 tbsp Sugar
  5. Salt, pinch
  6. 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  7. 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds

Cooking Procedure:

Remove outer skin and cut pineapple into small pieces.

Heat oil in kadai then add mustard seeds, saunf to crackle in oil. Then pour pineapple and fry little bit. Add salt and turmeric powder. Stir well. Mix raisins. Lastly add water with sugar.
