Ingredients:
- 2 medium size Crab
- 2 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
Cooking Procedure:
Take the good pieces of Crab.
Boil the crabs and clean them, the body and claws are used.
Heat oil in pan and fry the crab.
Keep it aside.
Add the onion paste. Saute it. Then pour all the spices one by one.
Add chopped tomatoes and the cooked crab and mix well. Add 1/2 a glass of water and salt and cook on low flame for about 15- 20 mins.

Serve hot with rice
