Ingredients:
- 4 Egg
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- Curry Leaves
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- Sugar
- 1 tbsp CuminPowder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Cooking Procedure:
Chop onion, tomato, green chilly and curry leaves.
Boil the egg and mix the cumin coriander powder with ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
Fry the egg and keep it aside.
Heat oil in pan then add the chopped onion. Fry it until it brown. Pour the above mixture with tomato and tomato sauce.
Stir well . Add green chilly and curry leaves. If necessary add little water. Cover the lid for 5-10 mins. Now add the fried egg.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with rice or roti.
