Ingredients:
- 200 gm Jolpai (Olive)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 4-5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Mauri
- 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut
- 1 Dried red Chilly
Cooking Procedure:
Take the good pieces of jolpai. Boil it in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistlets. Smash it.
Heat oil in pan then add mustard seeds, mauri and dried red chilly to crackle in oil.
Pour the smashed jolpai. Stir well. Add all the spices. Add water.
Serving Suggestions:
Preparation is ready to serve as dessert.
