Ingredients:
- 300 gm Bhetki Fish ( Boneless and skinless, cut into finger shape)
- 1 Egg
- Bread Crumbs for coating
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Flour ( Maida)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
Cooking Procedure:
Cut fish into finger shape.
Marinate fish with salt, pepper powder and lemon juice. Keep these in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Dip and coat each fish finger in this mixture and roll it in the bread crumbs.
Preparation is ready.
Heat oil in a pan. Deep-fry the pieces till they turn golden brown.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with tomato sauce.
