Ingredients:
- 2 Tuna Fish ( Cut into small pieces)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp CornFlour
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Besan
- 1 Onion
- A pinch of Garam Masala
Cooking Procedure:
Mix besan, cornflour, salt, redchilly powder and baking powder. Stir well to form a smooth batter.
Light fry the small pieces of tuna to reduce the odour.
Add small pieces of onion, garam masala, salt, green chilly and fried tuna fish with the above batter.
Heat oil in the deep frying pan and fry till golden and crispy.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy Fish Pakora with ketchup.
