Ingredients:
- 2 White Fish whole/Filet
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of Sugar
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1 Onion
- Coconut Shredded
- Ginger Garlic Chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
Cooking Procedure:
Cut onion, green chilly, ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Wash fish and dry on kitchen towel. Light fry it.
Heat oil in pan then add onion, ginger,garlic and green chilly. Fry it until it brown. Add coconut. Pour all the spices with little bit of water. Stir well, add fish and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with rice.
