Ingredients:
- 2 Boneless Chicken thighs
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Yellow Capsicum
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Wooden Skewers
Cooking Procedure:
In a bowl add all the above mixture with chicken. Cut onion and cucumber like a ring.
Onto a skewer add the chicken with cucumber and capsicum. Brush them with a little oil.
Serving Suggestion:
Grill the kababs for about 8-10 mins on 350 degree F.
Serve Hot with onion .
