One of the most amazing preparations that I had was this preparation.

Serving Size: 5

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  1. Fish Egg
  2. Onion
  3. Tomato
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar
  6. Fish Masala
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. Turmeric Powder
  9. Green Chilly

Cooking Procedure:

Marinate with salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in non stick kadai and shallow fry the fish.
Keep aside the fish pieces.

Put rest of the oil in the kadai and make a paste of onion,tomato and green chilly. Pour the paste and fry it until it browns.Then add ginger garlic paste and all the spices.After the oil comes out from the masala add fish egg pieces into it for boiling and let it simmer for few minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve it with Rice.
