Ingredients:
- Potato
- Tomato
- Cumin Seeds
- Bay leaf
- Onion
- Dried Red Chilly
- Green Chilly
- Turmeric Powder
- Cashew Paste
- Garam Masala
- Ghee
- Salt
- Sugar
- Ginger Garlic Paste
Cooking procedure:
Take the good pieces of potatoes
Boil in a pressure cooker
Cut the potatoes in this order
Fry the potato until it light browns
Grate the onion with chilly and chop the tomato
Put the cumin seeds to crackle in oil with bay leaf . Then add the onion paste with all the spices .After that add tomato with little water . Add these, mix well, and cook for 4-5 minutes, continuously stirring
Sprinkle with cashew powder. Add the fried potato .Mix gently, cover and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
